摘 要:目的探讨参加手术人员实施手部整合管理后,对人体植入物手术感染的影响。方法自2009年元月起对手术医护人员实施以手术间内实行手消毒剂干洗手法、外科手消毒揉搓、无触式戴无菌手套方法及戴双层手套等为主要措施的规范化手部整合管理。结果通过对参加手术人员手部进行整合管理方法后,手术人员的手部清洁消毒合格率和洗手依从性得到提高,人体植入物感染术后发生率明显降低(χ2=11.131,P﹤0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论规范的手部整合管理措施有利于提高消毒隔离质量,减少外源性接触感染,对降低人体植入物手术后感染率具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of integrated hand management on the human implant postoperative infection. METHODS Integrated hand management including the usage of surgical hand-disinfects in the operating room, none-contact- ing gloves wearing method and double gloves wearing etc were performed since Feb 2009. RESULTS Hand disinfection effect and compliance of the operating staff has been greatly improved after the integrated hand management performed, and the hu- man implant postoperative infection rate had significant decreased (x2= 11.131, P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION Integrated hand management is helpful in improving the disinfection and isolation, reducing exogenous contacting infection, and minimizing the human implant postoperative infection.
