郑州市上街区2508例公务员健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市上街区公务员的健康情况。方法对参与体检的2508例公务员的血液生化检查结果进行统计分析。结果体检者血清中总胆固醇含量随年龄增加而增加(P﹤0.01),70岁后又有显著降低(P﹤0.01);50岁以前男性总胆固醇含量显著高于女性(P﹤0.01),50岁以后女性总胆固醇含量显著高于男性(P﹤0.01);男性血清甘油三酯含量40岁达峰值,以后随年龄增长而降低(P﹤0.01);女性血清甘油三酯含量随年龄增长而升高(P﹤0.01),到60岁达峰值;体检者血糖浓度随年龄增加而增加(P﹤0.01),60岁以前男性血糖显著高于女性(P﹤0.01)。结论男性在50岁以前,女性在50～60岁之间血脂水平较高,血糖水平随年龄不断升高,应注意保健并改变不良的生活习惯。OBJECTIVE To survey the health situation of the officials in Shangjie Region of Zhangzhou. METHODS The in- formation of blood biochemical 2 508 eases who were collected from the physical examination during May 2007 and July 2007 were analyzed. RESULTS TC in serum of officials increased with the increase of age （P 〈 0.01）, but decreased after 70 years old （P〈 0.01） ; TC in serum level of men was significant higher than that of women before 50 years old （P〈 0.01）, but signif- icant lower after the age （P 〈 0.01 ） ; TG level in serum reached the peak at the age of 60 in women ; The serum glucose level increased with the increase of age （P 〈 0.01） , and the level of men was significant higher than that of women （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION The serum lipids level were high when men were below 50, and women at the range of 50 to 60 years. Serum glucose level should increase with the increase of age. It is necessary for officials to change bad life style and improve health.
