摘 要:太阳热反射涂料涂装于建筑物表面可以有效地降低建筑物表面温度,对建筑物有良好的保护作用,它的应用对于改变生活环境和节约能源有重要的意义。选用具有优异耐沾污及耐候性的氟碳乳液为基料,通过优化颜填料的种类及数量,制备出新型太阳热反射涂料,与传统丙烯酸反射隔热涂料相比,具有优异的耐沾污性和耐老化性能。耐沾污后两者隔热温差分别降低了1.2℃和4.9℃;2000 h人工老化试验后氟碳热反射涂料涂层无变化,而丙烯酸节能涂料涂层出现气泡现象。Solar-heat reflective coating applied on the surface of buildings could effectively reduce the surface temperature, which offers protection for buildings and has significant importance for changing living environment and energy-saving. Fluorocar- bon resin emulsion is used as basic resin,which has outstanding performances of staining fastness and weather fastness. New so- lar-heat reflective coating is prepared through optimizing the types and amount of pigments and fillers,which shows excellent per- formances compared with traditional acrylic insulating and reflecting coatings. The result shows:thermal insulation temperature dif- ference separately reduces 1.2 ℃ and 4.9 ℃after staining;fluorocarbon resin coating has no change after 2000 h's artificial aging, acrylic resin coating appears bubbles.
