多元化进修培训模式在妇产专科医院的实践

摘　　要：进修学习是继续教育的重要方式,已成为医务人员提高自身综合素质的学习模式。结合医院实际,探索新医改背景下妇产专科医院多元化的进修培训模式,以适应不同医疗机构人员进修学习的需要,提高进修培训效率,对推进公立医院改革,加快基层医院医疗卫生服务队伍建设具有重要意义。Further study is an important way of continuing education and has been a study model for medical staff to improve their overall quality. Combining with the practice in the hospital, the authors explore the diversified further study and training models in special hospitals of gynecology and obstetrics under the new medical reform so as to make it adapted to further study for staff members from different medical institutions and improve efficiency of further study and training, which is significant in promoting the reform in public hospitals and strengthening contingent construction of medical health service in hospitals at grassroots.
