摘　　要：探讨临床路径管理对腹股沟疝围手术期抗菌药物合理预防与应用的临床意义和社会价值。回顾性分析2011年3月—2012年2月江门新会区人民医院腹股沟疝围手术期病例资料361例,其中A组181例实施临床路径管理,B组180例实施传统管理。结果发现实施临床路径管理有助于腹股沟疝围手术期合理预防用抗菌药物,疗效良好,能提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广。To discuss clinical meaning and value of rational prevention and antibiotics use for uinguinal hernia in perioperative period, the authors make retrospective analysis on 361 case materials of uinguinal hernia in perioperative peri- od from People＇s Hospital of Xinhui District, Jiangmen City during March,2011 -Februry ,2012, of which 181 cases from Group A were given clinical pathway management and 180 cases from Group B traditional management. Then the authors find that the implementation of clinical pathway management is helpful in rational antibiotics use in prevention of uinguinal hernia. The result is good enough to improve patients＇ satisfactory degree and it is worthwhile to popularize clinically.
