摘　　要：鄱阳湖生态经济区建设上升为国家战略,这一伟大的人类实践需要特色的音乐人才为之服务,这使得培养音乐人才的高校教学改革势在必行,文章结合鄱阳湖生态经济区建设重点分析了高校音乐教学改革的实施方案,使两者推动与反哺的关系紧密联系。The construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone rises for national strategy, the great human practice and need characteristics of music talent for the service, which makes the training of music talents in teaching reform in Colleges and universities be imperative, combining with the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological E- conomic Zone focuses on the music teaching reform implementation plan, so that both promote and nurture the relationship contact.
