微波子宫内膜消融术在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波子宫内膜消融术(MEA)在治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年1月-2010年6月在本院就诊的21例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,进行MEA手术,观察其临床疗效。结果:21例患者手术均完成顺利,术中和术后均无并发症发生。手术过程中平均出血量为3ml,平均手术耗时3.5min,术后疗效满意。结论:微波子宫内膜消融术治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床效果显著。Objective ：To investigate clinical effect of microwave endometrial ablation（MEA） in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage.Method：From January 2008 to June 2010, 21 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were chosen and treated with MEA, then clinical efficacy were observed.Result： 21 cases of patients with operation completed successfully, intraoperative and postoperative complications were No. Operation process average bleeding volume was 3 ml, the average operation time was 3.5 min, the efficacy of postoperative satisfaction.Conclusion：Clinical effect of Microwave endometrial ablation in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is distinct.
