摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)与尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)、β-D-半乳糖苷酶(GAL)及血糖(GLU)之间的关系。方法用葡萄糖氧化酶法和免疫比浊法分别检测对照组和DM患者(DM组)空腹GLU和mAlb水平,用酶法检测乳酸(LAC)、β-羟丁酸(β-HB)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、糖化血清蛋白(Fruc)含量,用比色法检测NAG和GAL。结果 DM组中NAG与mAlb(r=0.546,P<0.01)、GAL(r=0.428,P<0.05)、GLU(r=0.531,P<0.01)均呈正相关,而与Fruc、LAC、β-HB、BUN、Cr均无相关性(P>0.05),以NAG为因变量(Y),得到回归方程式Y=-13.128+1.896GLU+0.207GAL+0.084mAlb。对照组中,NAG与mAlb、GAL、GLU、Fruc、LAC、β-HB、BUN和Cr间均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论控制DM患者GLU水平可以减轻肾小管的损伤,从而降低患者肾脏损害的风险。Objective To study the association between N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and urinary microalbumin(mAlb),β-D-galactosidase(GAL),and serum glucose(GLU) in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods GLU and Malb were measured by glucose oxidase method and immunoturbidimetry,respectively,lactate(LAC),D-3-hydroxybutyrate(β-HB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glycosylated serum protein(Fruc) and creatinine(Cr) were detected by enzymatic assay,and NAG and GAL were detected with colorimetry in healthy subjects(control group) and patients with DM(DM group).Results In DM group,NAG was positively correlated with Malb(r=0.546,P〈0.01),GAL(r=0.428,P〈0.05) and GLU(r=0.531,P〈0.01),while not correlated with Fruc,LAC,β-HB,BUN and Cr(P〉0.05).Regression equation,Y=-13.128+1.896 GLU+0.207 GAL+0.084,could be obtained by taking NAG as dependent variable.In control group,there was no correlation between NAG and Malb,GAL,GLU,Fruc,LAC,HDB,BUN and Cr.Conclusion Decreasing of serum glucose levels might reduce tubular injury,then reduce the risk of kidney injury in patients with DM.
