基于科学计量学的自身免疫性疾病领域研究现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析自身免疫性疾病领域科研投入、文献概貌、治疗药物等信息,了解领域研究现状。方法利用科学计量学方法,分析SCIE数据库收录的论文情况,同时还分析了科研投入和治疗药物等信息。结果 2007年至2010年,美国NIH年资助金额在7~9亿美元,跨国医药公司对该领域研究也给予了相当大的支持。中国在该领域支持力度也较大。全球上市药物有233种。近10年来,科技论文呈小幅增长趋势,美国实力最强,中国发文量排在第9位,但被引频次较低,并且还没有形成核心研究机构。结论我国应继续加大自身免疫性疾病领域的科研投入,并积极引导市场化资金参与。在发文量增加的同时,还要注重提高发文质量。Autoimmune diseases （AID） have been the research focus of medical immunology in recent years. To understand the research status in autoimmune disease, the paper analyzed the research documents in SCIE database by analysis tools as Thomson Data Analyzer （TDA）. Research status in autoimmune disease was analyzed including the distributions of years, countries, and institutions of the research documents. By the NIH REPORTER, NSFC ISIS and Thomson Reuters Pharma database, the scientific research input and the therapeutic drug for AID were analyzed. Our analysis showed that during 2007-2010, fiscal year total funding by NIH was 700-900 million dollars in the field of AID. Multinational pharmaceutical companies, such as Abbott, Wyeth, Roche, Pfizer, Novartis and so on, had also provided a good deal of funding for the field. By the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other funding systems, government investment has also been given greater financial support in the field. 233 drugs were launched for AID, wherein 17 drugs sales possessed sales more than one billion dollars usually called blockbuster drugs. The scientific papers published in the field of AID showed a slight growth trend over the past 10 years. The United States has the more leading advantage in the field. The number of scientific papers of China ranked ninth, but the quality of the papers is poor. Unlike the United State, there have not been core institutions in china ranked in the international forefront. Compared to the input and output of the United States, China should continue to increase the scientific research input, and guide market fund to participate in the research. China should devote to improve the quality of the papers with the number of scientific papers increased.
