12525名国有企业职工体检血脂、血糖及尿酸检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解国有大型企业男、女职工各年龄段空腹血脂、血糖及尿酸(UA)水平。方法体检对象为四川省资阳市大型国有企业在职及离退休职工。用酶法检测体检者空腹血浆总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)、血UA水平。结果随年龄增长,空腹血糖受损、糖尿病、高脂血症发病率增加,且男性均高于女性;高UA血症在男性人群中呈低龄化。中年男性和老年女性成为高血脂症、糖尿病和高UA血症的易发人群。结论通过体检检测血脂、血糖及UA对于体检者是了解自身情况、发现和预防疾病较好的手段,大规模职工体检对相关疾病的预防具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the fasting blood levels of lipids,glucose and uric acid（UA） in male and female workers at different ages in this large state-owned enterprises.Methods All employees of this state-owned enterprise in Ziyang accepted physical examination,and levels of lipids,glucose and UA in plasma were detected by using enzymatic method.Results Incidence of impaired fasting glucose,diabetes and hyperlipidemia increased with the increasing of age,and incidence of these diseases in men was higher than women.In male population,most subjects,suffering hyperuricemia,were at young age.Middle-aged men and aged women were more susceptible to hyperlipidemia,diabetes and hyperuricemia.Conclusion To detect blood levels of lipids,glucose and UA might be a good strategy for individuals,accepting physical examination for the understanding of their own physical condition and prevention of diseases.
