摘　　要：光污染作为城市人居环境问题的一个方面,近年来在我国越来越受到重视。国内由于光污染产生的民事纠纷和环保投诉也越来越多见诸报道,然而光污染控制的管理政策与具体措施还尚欠缺。这篇文章在参考国内外相关立法和控制管理标准的基础上,对我国光污染控制管理现状进行了分析,提出了完善我国城市光污染控制管理政策的建议。In recent years, light pollution as one of the urban environmental problems gains more attention in China. The civil dispute and environmental complaint related to light pollution were reported more and more, however, in Cbina the lack of management policies and specific measures of control of light pollution hinders the solution of the problem. Based on the reference to the management measures to control light pollution in other countries, this paper analyzed the adequacy of management policies in China, and present recommendations to improve the ability to control urban light pollution.
