摘 要:目的:研究锦灯笼药材中还原糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素基础上,通过正交试验考察料液比,提取时间和提取次数3个因素对锦灯笼药材还原糖提取量的影响,利用3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)比色法在540nm处对还原糖含量测定。结果:用超声提取法以提取锦灯笼药材还原糖的最佳提取工艺为提取时间为30min,料液比为1∶20,提取2次时,还原糖的提取量最高。结论:超声法可以用于锦灯笼药材中的还原糖提取,其中料液比对还原糖的提取量影响最大。Objective :To study optimum extraction technology for reducing sugar from calyx of the P. alkekengi. Meth- od:On the basis of the single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment which was designed by three factors (.ratio of liquid and solid, extract degree, extract time)was used to study the influence of the three to extract of the reducing sugar, which was determined with DNS by UV - Vis at 540nm. Result:The results showed that the reducing sugar had the highest contents under the optimal extractive conditions as following:20 times of the quantity of solid extract for twice,30min for each time. Conclusion:The reducing sugars of the calyx of P. alkekengi can be extracted by ultrasound. The influence of the ratio of liquid and solid is raost significant.
