摘  要:目的:研究豨莶草对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用碳粒廓清法、溶血素抗体测定法、耳廓肿胀法检测豨莶草对小鼠单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素抗体生成(HC50)、迟发型超敏反应以及胸腺指数和脾指数的影响。结果:豨莶草使小鼠吞噬指数和吞噬系数、HC50、胸腺指数和脾指数、耳肿胀度均降低,与空白组有显著性差异。结论:豨莶草对正常小鼠的免疫功能具有抑制作用。Objective :To study the immuno- regulating effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae on normal mice. Methods :Herba Siegesbeckiae was given, then mononuclear macrophage functions were examined by carbon particle clearance test and anti- body of hemolysin test and the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) model induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)was was measured by auricle swelling and the indexes of thymus and spleen were calculated. Results : The phagocytotic ability of macrophages for carbon particle and the indexes of thymus and spleen and the amount of hemolytic antibody and the au- ricle swelling were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion : Herba Siegesbeckiae can inhibit immunologic function of mice.
