摘 要:目的:观察凉血活血方有效组分对脓毒症大鼠肠道血流及组织氧供的影响。方法:应用Wistar大鼠,盲肠结扎打孔法制作脓毒症模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组及凉血活血组分组,每天灌胃给药2次,连续3 d。测定术后第3 d肠系膜上动脉血流量,回肠肠组织微循环血流量及肠组织氧饱和度。结果:与假手术组及模型组比较,凉血活血组分组血流升高(P<0.01),微循环血流量增加(P<0.01),组织氧饱和度与假手术组持平,比模型组升高(P<0.01)。结论:凉血活血有效组分可促进脓毒症大鼠肠道血流及组织氧供的改善。Objectives To investigate the influence of effective components of Liangxue Huoxue Herbs on intestinal blood flow and tissue oxygen supply in septic rats. Methods Sepsis model was set up in Wistar rats by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). They were divided randomly into 3 groups: (A) the sham operation group; (B) the model group and (C) the effective components group. Each rat received treatment via oral administration, twice a day for 3 days. Qualitative evaluations were made based on the reading of blood flow in the superior mes- enteric artery, microcirculation and oxygen saturation of intestinal tissues. Results Compared to the sham group and model group, the effective components group of Liangxue Huoxue Herbs could increase the blood flow in the superior mesenteric artery(P 〈 0.01), and microcirculation blood flow (P 〈 0.01). Tissue oxygen satura- tion showed no change compared with the sham group, and increased higher than the model group. Conclusion Effective components of Liangxue Huoxue Herbs can promote the improvement of intestinal blood flow and oxy- gen supply in septic rats.
