摘　　要：为探讨结晶器保护渣中Na2O含量对其结晶性能的影响,采用热丝法(SHTT)构建了保护渣的CCT与TTT曲线。实验结果表明,随Na2O含量的增加,保护渣的临界冷却速度减小,结晶性能受到抑制;同时,保护渣的析晶开始温度升高、孕育时间减少。To study the effects of Na2Ocontent on crystallization properties of mold fluxes, the CCT and the TTT curves were constructed using SHTT method. The results show that Na2O content has a negative effect on the crystallization properties of mold fluxes, and TTT curve moves to higher temperature and shorter incubation time with the increase of Na2O content.
