摘 要:目的:改善医院领药业务流程效率。方法:进行领药业务流程再造,调整药房、药库工作职责和流程活动内容,药库使用红、黄、绿灯看板监控药房各种药品库存状态,把集中配药变成小批量补充药房库存不足,并根据药品每天用量服从正态分布特性,按预期服务水平设定领药数量。结果:消除了领药业务流程中不创造价值的活动,缩短了领药前置期,提高了药房药品库存周转率。结论:基于精益思想的领药业务流程再造,提高了领药业务流程效率,提升了药房对病人的服务水平。OBJECTIVE To improve the efficiency of drug distributing business process in hospital. METHODS Drug distribu- ting business process is reengineered by rearranging the responsibility between outpatient drugstore and drug warehouse and adjusting the contents of business process activities. Drug warehouse uses red, yellow and green light to monitor the drug status of outpatient drugstore and turns once drug dispensation to small amount batch. The amount of drug distributing is set by the anticipate service level of hospital according to the probability distribution of the daily drug consuming is normal. RESULTS The none value created activities of drug distributing business process are eliminated, the lead time of drug distributing is shorten and the inventory turnover of the outpa- tient drugstore is increased. CONCLUSION The business process reengineering of drug distributing based on lean thinking increases the efficiency of drug distributing business process and service level of outpatient drugstore for patients.
