摘 要:结合智能电网的发展理念,给出了智能电网下的跨时空电力资源交易的定义。通过对新能源发电、分布式电源和电动汽车3项新型电力能源交易以及数据信息交易在智能电网环境下的跨时空交易特性进行分析,指出跨时空电力资源交易不仅有利于我国能源优化配置,减少不必要的浪费,更有利于新型电源的发展,减少化石能源的消耗和对社会环境的破坏,阐明智能电网环境下的跨时空电力资源交易是电力交易的必然发展趋势。The paper introduces the definition of cross-time-and space electric power transaction in smart environment in combination with development concept of smart grid. By analyzing new power transactions such as power generation with new energy, distributed power and electric vehicles as well as characteristics of data information transaction of cross-time- and-space in smart grid environment, the paper suggests that the cross-time-and-space electric power transaction is not only in favor of domestic optimized energy allocation and waste reduction but also development of new energy and reduction of consumption of fossil energy and damage to social environment; it expounds that cross-time-and-space electric power transac- tion in smart grid environment is an inexorable trend of electric power transaction.
