摘  要:针对传统故障保护易导致大面积停电,故障处理时间长,缺乏可靠性等问题,结合多智能体系统(multi-agent system,MAS)技术,提出了基于MAS的"联邦式"的系统体系结构和改进的"合同网"动态协作求解机制。在研究配电网故障保护特点的基础上,设计了新型的具有自主功能的智能馈线终端和软件算法,并搭建系统软、硬件测试平台。测试结果表明,该设计方案对配电网故障的处理迅速、准确,可有效地减少停电面积,合理地保护了配电网线路和设备的安全。Aiming at large-scale blackout, long fault handling time and absence of reliability easily caused by conventional failure protection, the paper, in combination with multi-agent system (MAS), proposes "federal" system architecture and improved dynamic collaboration solving mechanism of " contract networks" on the basis of MAS. Based on probing into characteristics of fault protection of distribution networks, new-type smart feeder terminal with automatic functions and software algorithm are designed, and testing platforms for software and hardware are built. The test result shows that the design scheme can efficiently and accurately handle faults of distribution networks and effectively scale down blackout, rea- sonably ensuring safety of distribution lines and equipment.
