摘　　要：良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱过度活动症(OAB)是BPH的复杂情况,其症状虽然不会威胁到生命,但却严重影响着老年男性患者的生活质量。随着临床对于BPH患者生活质量提高的逐渐重视,BPH合并OAB这一复杂疾病已然成为泌尿外科研究的焦点,现总结国内外近期的相关文献资料,对BPH合并OAB的诊疗现状进行综述。Benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） with overactive bladder （OAB）is a complicated situation of BPH, which has gradually become the focus of research in urology due to the improved concern of life qual- ity of patients. Although the clinical symptoms are rarely life-threatening, BPH with OAB has seriously influ- enced the quality of life in aging men. Here is to make a review on the current diagnosis and treatment of BPH with OAB through retrieving the related literatures in and out of China.
