摘　　要：滑膜疾病包括一系列以滑膜炎、感染、增生、化生、肿瘤方面等为特点的复杂疾病。磁共振对滑膜的病变非常敏感,已经逐渐发展成为滑膜疾病诊断不可缺少的影像学检查方法。现对滑膜疾病的临床病理及相关磁共振的表现特点进行综述,以探讨磁共振在滑膜疾病诊断中的价值。Synovial diseases are complex diseases featured with a series of synovial inflammation,infec- tion, hyperplasia, metaplasia, andtumor. MRI is very sensitive to the synovial lesions, which has gradually de- veloped into indispensable imaging examinational tool for the diagnosis. Here is to summarize the clinical pa- thology and related magnetic resonance performance characteristics of synovial disease to explore the value of MRI in synovial diseases diagnosis.
