摘 要:为了研究不锈钢材料的非线性对其受弯构件变形的影响,采用有限元方法对不锈钢受弯构件荷载-挠度关系进行分析,并对其影响因素进行了研究.以主要因素为参数,计算了180根梁的荷载-挠度曲线.以有限元计算结果为基础,基于弯矩-曲率关系,提出了一种计算荷载-挠度关系的方法,并用非线性拟合的方法给出了荷载-挠度公式.结果表明:计算不锈钢受弯构件的变形时需要考虑材料非线性的影响,建议的计算方法与有限元结果较为吻合.In order to investigate the effect of the material non-linearity on the deformation of stainless steel flexural members, the influencing factors analysis of load-deflection relationship was presented in this paper adopting finite-element analysis (FEA) method. The load-deflection curves of 180 stainless steel beams were calculated. Finally, a new method for calculation of deflections considering the mate- rial non-linearity was proposed. The coefficients of the theoretical formulae were also proposed by u- sing the non-linear fitting method. The result shows that the influence of nonlinear material properties of stainless steel should be considered when computing the deformation of stainless steel flexural members, and the calculate methods of this paper are in good agreement with the FEA results.
