摘　　要：通过文献资料法,对功能性踝关节不稳的形成机制分别从力量、本体感觉、姿势控制等方面进行了分析讨论,并且归纳了目前康复中所采用方法的效果,为功能性踝关节不稳的预防和治疗提供参考。By the method of literature study,the mechanism of functional ankle instability is discussed from the aspects of strength,proprioception and postural control,and the effect of methods used in rehabilitation is summarized.This may offer reference for the prevention and treatment of functional ankle instability.
