摘　　要：介绍了四罗拉网格圈型紧密纺系统的优点,采用正交试验方法对影响四罗拉紧密纺精梳棉纱的4个关键工艺参数——集聚负压、钳口隔距和前中罗拉隔距和前胶辊加压量——进行了优化设计,得到了CJ9.7tex纱的合理工艺配置。The advantage of four-rollers compact spinning with lattice apron system was briefly described. The influences of four key process parameters--suction negative pressure, spacer, spacer of front and mid-roller and front rubber-covered on compact spinning combed cotton yarn were optimized and designed to improve the yarn quality. The reasonable technology configuration of CJ 9.7 tex yarn was obtained.
