摘　　要：随着我国科技发展水平的迅猛发展,以数字监控为主的网络信息化视频监控系统已经逐步踏上了现代化的社会舞台。近年来,网络视频监控由于其自身的操作便捷以及经济实惠等等相关特点,已经被广泛应用在了国防、交通等等各个领域,其在人们的日常生活中也有着很好地渗透与运用。就目前的情况而言,由于性能的有效提升,视频监控的复杂性日渐增强,所以,需要针对目前的网络视频监控进行有效的配置与管理,才能保障其功能的真正实现。With the rapid development of China＇s technological development, network-based digital surveillance video surveillance system has embarked on a modernization of the social arena. In recent years, the network video surveillance because of its relevant characteristics of the operation convenient and affordable, has been widely used in various fields of defense, transportation, etc., in people＇s daily life, has good penetration and use. The present situation, due to the effective improvement of the performance, the video surveillance of the complexity of the increasing, so the need for effective deployment and management of the network video surveillance in order to truly protect its function.
