摘　　要：高等教育的大众化、办学模式的多样化、生源的逐年减少等原因必然引起高校间激烈的生源竞争,各高校要充分认识到招生宣传工作的重要性和必要性。结合学校办学定位做好招生宣传的策划;在建立稳定的招生宣传队伍的同时,还要不断扩大宣传的队伍;拟定真实有效且最具有说服力的宣传材料;采取灵活多样行之有效的宣传方式,这样才能取得理想的宣传效果,才能保证充足的生源和高质量的生源,从而提高人才培养质量,推动高校的更好、更快发展。Popularity of high institutions, diversification of managerial modes and reduction of enrollment lead to intense competition of enrolling new students, so each college or university need to realize the importance and necessity of enrollment propaganda. First, combining with the purpose of running the school, we should make a plan for enrollment propaganda. Next, as we build up stable enrollment propaganda team, we should expand this team constantly. Finally, we should formulate valid and most convincing propaganda contents and adopt vari- ous, flexible and effective propaganda modes. In this way, we could achieve ideal propaganda effect, and guaran- tee plenty of students and the high quality of students, and thus we may improve the quality of talent training and promote the development of college or university better and faster
