摘　　要：植酸酶作为一种畜禽饲料添加剂,能有效地将植酸磷降解为肌醇和无机磷,消除植酸的抗营养作用。本文综述了植酸酶的来源、影响酶作用的因素及其在畜禽生产中的应用。Phytase is a kind of feed additive for livestock and poultry, which can degrade phytate into inosito and inorganic phosphorus effectively. It can remote the antiaction factor of phytate in diets. This article reviewed the sources, influence factor of enzyme action and application of phytase in livestock and poultry industry.
