摘 要:以不同物质的量比的2,6-二氯苯甲腈(DCBN)、4,4'-二氟二苯甲酮(DFBP)和双酚A(BP-A)为原料,在常压下通过溶液聚合反应合成了一系列无定形的双酚A型聚芳醚酮腈共聚物(PEKN)。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)等对PEKN共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,此类聚合物具有较高的热稳定性,随着聚合物的组成不同,玻璃化转变温度Tg在154~170℃变化,氮气保护下5%的热失重温度在482~523℃变化。聚合物的力学性能受结构变化影响较大,其拉伸强度介于76~100 MPa。另外,聚合物具有良好的溶解性能,室温下可溶于三氯甲烷、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等有机溶剂中。A series of amorphous poly( arylene ether ketone nitrile)s (PEKN) containing bisphenol A were synthesized by solution polymerization from bisphenol A (BP-A), 2,6 -dichlorobenzonitrile (DCBN) and 4,4' - difluorodiphenylketone (DFBP) under normal atmosphere. The structure and properties of the PEKN copolymer were characterized by FFIR, DSC, TGA and other means. The results showed that the co- polymers had high thermal stability. The glass transition temperatures ( Tg ) were in the range of 154 - 170 ℃, the 5% weight loss temperatures were in the range of 482 -523 ℃ in nitrogen atmosphere. The mechani- cal properties of the copolymers were influenced by the change of the structure and the tensile strength were in the range of 76 - 100 MPa. The copolymers of PEKN showed good solubility in some organic solvents, such as trichloromethane, N - methylpyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran, N,N - dimethyl acetamide.
