高压聚乙烯树脂生产的危险性分析及安全控制措施研究

摘　　要：针对高压聚乙烯生产的具体工艺,对生产过程中的物料、生产工艺过程的危险性进行了分析,得出高压聚乙烯生产容易引发的安全生产事故有火灾、爆炸。为预防事故发生,实现高压聚乙烯的安全生产,根据所分析的危险点源,提出了相应的安全控制措施,特别是对聚合釜控制事故发生的安全联锁系统给出了具体的设置要求,为高压生产聚乙烯的安全控制设计具有实际指导意义。In this paper, for a high-pressure polyethylene production process, the materials in the production process, the risk of the production were analyzed. Conclusion showed that high-pressure polyethylene production was apt to cause fire or explosion accident. To prevent the accidents and realization of high-pressure polyethylene production safety, according to the analysis of the dangerous point source, the corresponding security control measures were put forward. It gave a specific set of requirements especially for safety interlocking system of polymerization kettle controlling accidents. It had practical significance for safety control design of high-pressure polyethylene production.
