摘 要:目的建立测定足宁颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用DionexC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长265 nm,柱温为室温。结果盐酸小檗碱在5~50μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率100.201%,RSD=0.49%。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为足宁颗粒产品质量的定量依据之一。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in zuning granules.Methods The HPLC method was employed to determine berberine hydrochloride.The separation was achieved on a Dionex C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4(50:50).The detection wavelength was 265 nm,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was within 5-50 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.201% and RSD was 0.49%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable.It is proved to be suitable for the quality control of zuning granules.
