摘　　要：系统阐述了矿渣立磨的工作原理、内部构造及在生产过程中易发生磨损的部位，从矿渣立磨磨辊、磨盘的物理性能和材料结构入手，具体介绍立磨的修复方法，即立磨中主要部件磨辊、磨盘的堆焊方法、立磨堆焊焊丝的选择、堆焊的技术参数比较、立磨堆焊的修复工序、修复过程中需要注意的问题以及立磨修复的重要意义。并通过不断的实践摸索立磨修复最佳方案，为以后的立磨修复工作积累宝贵的技术实践经验。This paper systematically describes the works slag vertical mill, the internal structure of parts and easy to wear in the production process, from the slag vertical mill roller, the physical properties and material structure of the disc to start, which are detailed vertical roller mill repair methods, namely,vertical roller mill in the main components of roll grinding, lap welding method, the choice of surfacing wire vertical mill, the technical parameters of the surfacing, vertical mill of the repair process of surfacing problems that need attention in the repair process, and the vertical roller mill repairmeaning through constant practice, and explore the best solution for vertical roller mill repair, repair work accumulated valuable practical experience for future vertical mill.
