粤糖系列甘蔗品种对80%阿灭净可湿性粉剂的敏感性评价

摘　　要：为探讨粤糖系列甘蔗品种对除草剂80%阿灭净应用的安全性,通过盆栽试验测定了3个粤糖系列常栽甘蔗品种及新台糖22号对80%阿灭净的敏感性。结果显示,总鲜重表现出不同甘蔗品种对阿灭净不同剂量、不同喷施期的敏感性差异,但在实践中,可用地上部鲜重来代替总鲜重进行研究;通过总鲜重的测定,各品种对不同喷药期喷施不同浓度的阿灭净敏感性不相同。在芽前喷施不同浓度的阿灭净,各品种的敏感性差异不明显;在芽后2 400 g/hm2剂量处理下,各品种的敏感性差异也不明显;喷施4800 ga.i/hm2(a.i)剂量处理,各品种敏感性差异达到显著或极显著水平,其中YT55对敌草隆较敏感,ROC22较耐药,YT00/236、YT0093/159敏感性中等,表明粤糖系列甘蔗品种对阿灭净的敏感性与品种有关,从某品种的敏感性不能推断该品系所有品种的敏感性都是高或低。因此要明确甘蔗品种对阿灭净的敏感性,必须要进行喷药时期、喷药量的试验测定。The different sensitivities of YT series sugarcane varieties to 80% ametryn WP were measured by pot test.The result showed that the biomass was characterized the sensitivities of YT series varieties to 80% ametryn WP on dosage and application stages,but in practice,the sensitivities can be studied according to the weight of ground department instead of biomass.By the inhibition rate of biomass,the sensitivity of cultivars were not same according to the pre-emergence or post-emergence dosage of 2 400 g/hm2（a.i） or 4 800 g/hm2（a.i）.With pre-emergence spray of two dosage and post-emergence spray dosage 2 400 g/hm2（a.i）,the sensitivities all were not significance.Four cultivars showed significant difference in the sensitivity to ametryn WP with post-emergence spray dosage 4 800 ga.i/hm.YT55 showed the highest sensitivity,while ROC22 showed lowest and YT00/236,YT93/159 were between.The sensitivity of sugarcane cultivars to ametryn WP was found to be related to sugarcane varieties,and it coulld not be inferred that the strain sensitivity of all varieties are high or low from a variety of sensitivity.
