摘　　要：该规程针对目前广州地区苦瓜种植上普遍的生产现状和生产习惯,规定了苦瓜的术语和定义、产地环境要求和生产管理措施。其中生产管理措施详细规范了广州地区苦瓜的栽培季节、品种选择、育苗、整地、定植、田间管理、病虫害防治和采收贮运等具体操作措施的方法。在施肥管理上,建议采用测土配方进行科学有效的施肥方法。This regulation provided the term and definition of the bitter gourd（Momordica charantia）,producing environmental requirements and production management measures based on the general production status and production practices in the current days in Guangzhou area.The manufacturing management detailed specification of the cultivation season,variety selection,seeding,soil preparation,planting,field management,pest control,harvesting storage and transportation,and other operating measures of bitter gourd in Guangzhou area.In this article,we recommended that soil testing is a scientific and effective method in fertilization management.
