桔小实蝇卵致死低温的相关研究

摘　　要：以桔小实蝇（Bactrocera dorsalis）卵为试材,对实蝇卵在3.0（±0.1）℃和5.0（±0.1）℃下低温处理致死时间进行研究,以及对实蝇卵在1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、18、20、22、25、28、31℃14个不同温度条件下的致死低温进行研究。结果表明在3.0（±0.1）℃和5.0（±0.1）℃条件下,实蝇卵的致死时间分别为8 d和11 d;实蝇卵致死低温在9~10℃之间。The eggs of oriental fruit fly（Bactrocera dorsalis）were tested in this study,to investigate the low-temperature processing lethal time and fatal low temperature of oriental fruit fly,part of eggs were treated in 3.0（±0.1）℃ and 5.0（±0.1）℃ respectively,another part of eggs in 1℃,3℃,5℃,7℃,9℃,11℃,13℃,15℃,18℃,20℃,22℃,25℃,28℃ and 31℃ 14 different temperature conditions respectively.The results showed that in the 3.0（±0.1）℃ and 5.0（±0.1）℃,the low-temperature processing lethal time are respectively 8days and 11 days;The fatal low temperature of oriental fruit fly was from 9℃ to 10℃.
