摘　　要：阐述了农业高校在社会主义新农村建设中的作用,分析了农业高校在服务社会主义新农村建设中存在教师自觉服务"三农"的意识不强、现有的体制机制不利于教师直接参与新农村建设、农业高校科研成果转化率与利用率低等主要问题,并从转变思想观念、调整专业结构、创新体制机制、加强技术培训、推广成果经验等方面提出了相应的对策。This paper discussed the function of agricultural universities in the new socialist rural construction,analyzed the main problems existing in servicing socialist new rural construction of agricultural universities;such as teachers＇ consciousness of service for ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ is not strong;the existing system mechanism against teachers directly involved in the new socialist rural construction;finally,this paper put forward several countermeasures to sever the new socialist rural construction more better,which included：transforming the traditional ideas;adjusting professional structure;the innovation system mechanism;strengthening technical training;promotion results experience.
