摘　　要：氟化盐的消耗是电解生产中的一个重要指标。本文分析了某厂电解生产中氟化盐消耗的主要因素与影响氟化盐消耗的各种可能原因从而给出降低消耗的方法,使氟化盐消耗能降低2kg/t-Al～3kg/t-Al达到节约运行成本,同时也能有效的降低氟化物的排放。The amount of fluorides consumption is an important index. In this paper,influences of main factors on the fluorides consumption in one smelter are analyzed to find reducing fluorides consumption method, which can reduce the fluorides consumption of 2kg/t - A1 ～ 3kg/t - A1, save operation costs and reduce effectively the emission of fluoride.
