摘　　要：以山秀水利水电枢纽为例,介绍其工程概况、水文特点和枢纽布置情况,分析了其溢流坝、闸门型式和启闭机布置上存在的问题以及对大坝安全的不利影响,并以此反馈设计,强调安全是枢纽布置设计时首要考虑的因素。Taking Shanxiu hydropower station as an example, the author described the hydrology and layout of the project. The existing problems about overflow dam, gate and hoist were analyzed, as well as the adverse effects on dam safety. Learnt from the lessons, it stressed that the safety should be the first factor in layout design.
