应用胃镜润滑胶浆对三腔二囊管置管效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三腔二囊管更好的置管方法,提高三腔二囊管的应用水平。方法将60例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为两组,实验组30例,口服胃镜润滑胶浆后置三腔二囊管压迫止血,常规组30例,给予常规置三腔二囊管压迫止血。对比观察两组患者置管反应程度及一次置管成功率。结果实验组置管反应程度显著轻于常规组(P<0.01)。实验组的一次置管成功率为100%,显著高于常规组的76.6%(P<0.05)。结论应用胃镜润滑胶浆能减轻胃管刺激反应程度,提高三腔二囊管一次插管成功率,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate a better method of placing Sengstaken-Blakemore tube so as to improve the application of Sengstaken-Blakemore tube. Methods 60 cases with gastroesophageal gastric variceal hemorrhage were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group with 30 cases in each group. The ex- perimental group were stanched by placing Sengstaken-Blakemore tube alter taking gastroscope lubrication mucilage and the conventional group were only treated by Sengstaken-Blakemore tube. The reaction of patients and the success rate of placing tubes were observed and compared. Results The reaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the conventional group（ P 〈0.01）. The success rate of placing tube in the experimen- tal group was 100 %, significantly higher than that of the conventional group, 76.6 % （ P 〈0.05）. Conelusion The application of gastroscopy lubrication mucilage can alleviate the stimulating reaction of patients and raise the success rate of placing Sengstaken-Blakemore tube once in clinical practice. It is worth clinical application.
