摘　　要：MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类22 nt左右的小分子非编码单链RNA,它通过与靶mRNA互补结合,调控mRNA翻译,在细胞的生长、分化、发育、代谢和凋亡等活动中发挥作用。研究表明,miRNAs的表达调控着各种肿瘤和环境疾病的发生发展,是一个很好的生物标志,因此miRNAs在毒理学的研究中将会发挥重要作用。MicroRNAs （miRNAs）, a new classes of small non-coding RNA molecules, are single stranded RNAs, typically about 22 nucleotides in length,have been shown to play key roles in regulating cell growth,differentiation, development,metabolism, apoptosis and so on in mammal cells. They modulate gene expression by complementary-mediated binding to target mRNAs resulting in the repression of translation, h is shown that miRNAs might be involved in a variety of cancers and enviromnental related diseases,which will be much helpful in the toxicological studies. Therefore,miRNAs could be a category of potential biological markers.
