论少数民族大学生犯罪预防——以贵州少数民族大学生为例

摘　　要：近年来,大学生在社会转型期的世界观、人生观和价值观经受着严峻的考验。大学生违法犯罪案件越来越多,备受社会关注,少数民族大学生犯罪也有所增加。我们以贵州少数民族大学生为样本,分析少数民族大学生的犯罪预防,以增强少数民族大学生的法律意识和法制观念,预防和减少少数民族大学生犯罪,并希望能引起全社会对少数民族大学生这一特殊的群体加以关注与保护。Recent years have witnessed a challenge for undergraduates in their philosophy of world, life and value. The rate of criminal cases has increased among undergraduates as a whole as well as minority undergraduates, which has drawn social attention accordingly. Based on the minority undergraduates of Guizhou Province, this paper proposes that crime prevention through a cuhivation of legal awareness is conducive to the avoidance and reduction of the said crime and that the said subjects merit care and protection.
