不断丰富和发展“毕节模式”内涵,充分发挥资源的有效组合

摘　　要：毕节试验区1988年正式成立20多年来逐步形成了统一战线服务科学发展的"毕节模式"。从历史的角度看,资源的有效组合是"毕节模式"形成的主要方式和手段;从现实的角度看,则是抓住机遇,继续注重资源的优化配置,为打造"同心工程"品牌而努力。历史和现实两个方面充分表明:毕节试验区在推进"毕节模式"的形成和发展过程中都特别注重资源的聚合效应问题,由此进一步丰富和发展了"毕节模式"的内涵。Since the establishment of the pilot district in Bijie 20 years ago, ＂The Bijie Mode of Development＂ has been gradually formed under the guidance of being united and dedicating into the entrepreneurship of science and development. When analyzed in the historical perspective, the effective resources integrations have long been the primary mean followed by the formation of ＂ The Development of the Bijie Mode＂. When analyzed in the realistic perspective, the key of ＂ the Development of the Bijie Mode＂ is to seize the opportunity, to continue to optimize the resources allocations, and to try efforts on building up the ＂project for resources concentration＂ , the two aspects mentioned above sufficiently indicate the fact that the proper use of resources in the process of promoting ＂the Development of the Bijie Mode＂. Then the contexts of ＂the Development of Bijie Mode＂ are further elaborated and extended.
