摘  要:随着嘉兴经济社会的快速发展,以10kV为主干的中压配电网正面临着发展瓶颈,为此嘉兴电力局正全面开展电压序列优化工作,寻求解决电网发展问题的方案,以适应社会负荷发展需求。本文结合嘉兴电网的发展现状,对嘉兴电网的电压序列优化方案进行研究,介绍其实施策略和建设原则,并论证嘉兴电网将20kV作为中压配电电压等级的必要性、可行性和经济性。为整个浙江地区乃至全国各个地区的电压序列优化工作和配电网创新实践提供有益的指导和参考。With the rapid economic and social development in Jiaxing, the backbone 10kV medium voltage distribution network is facing development bottleneck. For this Jiaxing Power Authority is fully operational voltage sequence optimization to find a solution to the power network development program to adapt to the development of the social load demand. Combining with the development status of Jiaxing power network, this paper studies on voltage sequence optimization in Jiaxing power network, introduces the implementation strategies and construction principle, and argues the necessity, feasibility and economical efficiency of Jiaxing power network takes 20kV as medium voltage distribution voltage level. It orders to provide useful guidance and reference to voltage sequence optimization and distribution network innovation practice for entire Zhejiang region and even various regions of the country.
