提高CAS-OB用浸渍管使用寿命的研究

摘　　要：分析了鞍钢鲅鱼圈分公司CAS-OB用的浸渍管损毁的主要原因,制定了延长其使用寿命及改善使用性能的综合技术措施。对浸渍管用耐火浇注料的抗侵蚀性进行了研究,并对浸渍管钢结构进行了改进。工业生产试验结果表明,改进后该浸渍管的使用寿命能达到45次以上。The main factors leading to the damage of CAS-OB submerged tube in Bayuquan Steel Plant of Angang are analyzed and thus comprehensive technical solutions for prolonging the service life of CAS-0B submerge tory mate show that d tube and improving operational performances are established. Erosion-resistance of the refrac- rial making the tube is studied and then the tube＇s structure is improved. The testing results the service life of the improved tube can reach above 45 times.
