重载汽车齿轮轴用钢SCM440H生产实践

摘　　要：介绍了莱芜钢铁股份有限公司采用50tEAF-LF(VD)-260mm×300mm方坯连铸-轧制工艺生产(90～140)mm重载汽车齿轮轴用钢SCM440H的生产实践。该公司通过制定合理、可行的生产工艺及控制要点,使钢中各成分合理(C:0.39%～0.41%、Si:0.21%～0.26%、Mn:0.74%～0.76%、Cr:1.00%～1.04%、Mo:0.18%～0.20%、Al:0.020%～0.030%),氧、氮分别控制为(14～16)×10-6、(60～75)×10-6,低倍组织小于或等于1.0级,非金属夹杂物A、B不大于1.0级、C、D不大于0.5级,晶粒度不小于8级、末端淬透性及力学性能各项指标均满足用户使用技术要求。This paper has introduced the production practice of the φ（90 ～140） mm gear shaft steel SCM440H for heavy load automobile by 50tEAF - LF （VD） - 260mm × 300ram billet concasting - rolling process at Laiwu Special Steel Business Division. By working out resonable and feasible production process and control points, appropriate chemical composition of SCM440H is controlled in steel （C： 0.39% -0.41% ,Si： 0.21%～0.26% ,Mn： 0.74% - 0.76% ,Cr： 1.00% ~ 1.04% ,Mo： 0.18% 0.20% ,A1：0.020%～0.030%）, and the content of [O] is （14～16）ppm, [N] is （60～75）ppm, the rating of macrostructure≤.0, non - metallic inclusion A, B≤1.0, C, D ≤0.5, grain size≤8, as well as terminal hardenability and mechanical properties all met users＇ requirements.
