摘 要:通过Aspen-Plus软件对釜式反应器内苯胺与丙烯的气液平衡进行模拟,并对釜式反应器与高压液相喷射反应器(LJR)内苯胺与丙烯烷基化反应合成2,6-二异丙基苯胺(DIPA)进行了实验对比,分析了DIPA收率低的原因。在LJR内考察了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间和液体循环速率对烷基化反应的影响。实验结果表明,在相同反应条件下,在LJR内苯胺转化率和DIPA的选择性均比釜式反应器内高20%以上;在反应温度300~310℃、反应时间6~8 h、液体循环速率10~12次/h的条件下,苯胺的转化率大于80%,DIPA的选择性大于40%。在设备允许的情况下,应尽可能提高反应过程的压力。Vapor-liquid equilibrium of propylene and aniline in an autoclave reactor was simulated by means of Aspen-Plus software.The synthesis of 2,6-diisopropyl aniline(DIPA) through alkylation of aniline with propylene in a high-pressure liquid jet reactor(LJR) was compared with that in an autoclave reactor.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,reaction time and liquid circulation rate on the alkylation reaction were investigated.The results show that under same reaction conditions,both the conversion of aniline and the selectivity to DIPA in LJR are 20% higher than those in the autoclave reactor.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 300-310 ℃,reaction time of 6-8 h and liquid circulation rate of 10-12 times/h,the conversion of aniline and the selectivity to DIPA are higher than 80% and 40%,respectively.High reaction pressure in LJR is beneficial to the alkylation.
