门诊疾病管理信息系统在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊疾病管理信息系统在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用效果。方法成立课题组,制订管理流程,包括采集病例及建立管理档案、评估患者、实施护理干预及效果评价。结果利用门诊疾病管理信息系统管理后患者对疾病的认知得分为(79.24±1.58)分;按时复诊依从性由56.25%提高到91.25%,服药依从性由71.25%提高到95.00%,患者对医护人员服务满意度由90.00%提高到100.00%。结论门诊疾病管理信息系统是一种行之有效的门诊患者管理模式,适合对非住院系统性红斑狼疮患者进行长期持续的管理。Objective To explore the effects of the outpatient management information system in the management of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The measures included establishing the task group and developing the management processes,which included acquisition eases,establishment of health records,assessment of patients,nursing intervention and effect evaluation. Results After implementation of the information system, the score of cognition about the disease was （79.24 ± 1.58 ）. The rate of referral compliance increased from 26.25% to 91.25% ,and the rate of medication compliance increased from 71.25% to 95.00%. The satisfaction degree of patients with medical staff increased from 90.00% to 100.00%. Conclusion The model of the outpatient disease management information system applied in the management of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus is an effective outpatients management model. It is suitable to implement long - term and continuous management in non - hospitalized patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
