摘　　要：目的:评价我院麻醉药品的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院麻醉药品的销售金额、年度增长率、构成比例、限定日费用(DDC)、用药频度(DDDs)及销售金额排序与DDDs排序的比值进行统计、分析。结果:我院麻醉药品销售金额呈上升趋势,总DDDs呈下降趋势。其中,吗啡和芬太尼销售金额的年度增长率呈下降趋势,舒芬太尼销售金额和用量迅速提高。结论:我院大部分麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需要进一步规范临床用药。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of narcotic drugs in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs.METHODS： By a retrospective study,the consumption sum,annual growth rate,constituent ratio,defined daily cost（DDC）,DDDs,and the ratio of serial number of consumption sum to that of DDDs of narcotic drugs in our hospital were statistically analyzed.RESULTS： The consumption sum of narcotic drugs in our hospital kept increasing year by year,but the DDDs was in decline.Both the consumption sum and annual growth rates of morphine and fentanyl were in decline;however,the consumption sum and consumption quantity of sufentanil witnessed a sharp increase.CONCLUSION： The use of most of the narcotic drugs in our hospital was rational;however,clinical use of narcotic drugs remains to be standardized further.
