摘　　要：毛泽东思想蕴含着深刻的管理哲理,具有无穷的魅力,堪称管理学上的一朵奇葩。以传统图书馆阅览室的竞争环境分析为切入点,通过对毛泽东经典管理思想的理解和那些耳熟能详的毛泽东传世箴言的解读,从决策管理、读者服务及馆员队伍建设的视角,试图将其精髓活学活用到高校图书馆期刊阅览室的日常管理工作中。Mao Zedong thought, which contains much management philosophy and infinite charm, can be called a miraculous flower of management science. Starting from the analysis of competitive environment of traditional library, through understanding Mao Zedong＇ s classical management thoughts and Mao Zedong＇ s great proverbs, this paper attempts to effectively apply the essence of Mao Zedong＇s management thought into the daily management of university library＇s periodical reading room from the angles of decision-making management, reader service and librarian team construction.
