摘　　要：从馆员合理着装的意义和必要性入手,探讨了馆员合理着装的基本原则,提出了馆员着装个性化、规范化、统一化的建议。Starting from the significance and necessity of librarian＇ s rational dressing, this paper probes into the basic principles of the rational dressing of librarian, and puts forward some suggestions on the individualization, standardization and unification of librarian＇ s dressing.
