摘　　要：目的分析直升机飞行人员近年来的住院疾病种类,寻求其疾病谱变化规律,为有效预防与诊疗提供依据。方法整理2002/2011年住院治疗的346名飞行人员病历资料,分析主要疾病构成及其原因。结果主要疾病构成为椎间盘病变、上消化道溃疡、高血压、泌尿系结石、植物神经功能紊乱、高脂血症。结论应加强对直升机飞行人员相关疾病的预防及诊治,以提高飞行部队战斗力。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of hospitalized helicopter pilots and its changes,and supply reference for efficient prevention and treatment.Methods Materials of 346 hospitalized helicopter pilots in our department between 2002 and 2011 were collected.The disease distribution and etiology were analyzed.Results The main diseases were intervertebral disc diseases,upper digestive tract ulcer,hypertension,urinary system calculos,vegetative nerve functional disturbance and hyperlipidemia.Conclusion Prevention,diagnosis and therapy of the associated disease should be strengthened for the helicopter pilots to increase the fight capacity.
