摘　　要：目的探讨信息化基础上的数字化医院建设的整体思路及设计方案。方法分析国内外数字化医院建设经验,评估医院现有信息化基础及存在的整体架构设计缺乏、信息技术陈旧、集成手段落后等关键问题,从顶层设计的角度把握数字化医院的要素,提出整体设计方案。结果阐述了构建数字化医院的物理和信息的两个层面及经营管理、决策支持、门急诊、临床医疗、医疗质量管理、支撑保障、区域协同、客户关系八个主题与实现的关键技术。结论开展数字化医院架构研究,利于建设以全流程数字化为基础,以电子病历为核心,以精细化管理为导向,面向医疗业务、医院管理、患者服务、内外互联互通的数字化环境。Objective To discuss the general thinking and design scheme of digital hospital construction based on informationization.Methods Domestic and overseas digital hospital construction experience was analyzed.The informationization foundation and existent primary problems,such as absence of synthetic architecture design,obsolete information technology,behindhand integration means were evaluated.The elements of digital hospital were extracted from the standpoint of topmost design,and the general design scheme was brought out.Results Physics layer and information layer,and eight subjects including operation management,decision support,outpatient and emergency clinic,clinic medicine,medical quality management,support guarantee,area cooperatation and relationship with clients,as well as the related key techniques were elaborated.Conclusion Research of digital hospital architecture is beneficial to constructing digital environment facing medical operation,hospital management and patient service with full flow digitization as the basis,electronic medical record system as the core,and subtle management as the direction.
